Jesus tells His disciples there are two gates, two paths, and two prophets. The gate to life, the narrow gate, is Jesus, Himself. The only way to the Father, to life eternal, is by entering through Jesus. Only by believing that He was crucified, died, for your sins, for your transgressions, for your wickedness, and that He was buried and rose to life on the third day can you be saved. Then you start on the narrow path, but we must be on guard. There are false prophets on the path, who look like Christians, speak like Christians, act like Christians, but on the inside, they are not saved and seek to devour Jesus' disciples. How do we tell who the wolves in sheep's clothing are? We look for fruit, the fruit of salvation, the fruit of the Spirit to be evidenced in their lives, just as it should be evidenced in your life.
